Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
Please note: Booth upgrades do not become available until all VSS sponsors have been placed. If you should request a booth upgrade, you will be placed on a wait list and contacted in order of receipt once the upgrades have been released. Exhibit space is assigned based on registration date and time. Once exhibit space is sold out we will begin a wait list and contact you should space open up on the show floor.

Monday, November 16 – 10:15 AM to 6:15 PM*
Tuesday, November 17 – 8:45 AM to 1:30 PM*
*A breakfast buffet is served on the show floor from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. on both Monday and Tuesday mornings. It is recommended that exhibits be open during this time. Times subject to change as the entire VSS 2009 agenda is finalized.
