Cancellation/Refund Policy (2009):
All cancellations must be in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please EMAIL your cancellation request to Gigi Andrew at gandrew@executivevents.com . A full refund, less a $75 processing fee, will be given for cancellations by October 26, 2009. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 26, 2009. Confirmed registrants, who do not attend and do not cancel by October 26th, will be charged the entire registration fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
